Homelessness can happen to any family whether they are Kiwi, Maori, Pacific or a new New Zealander. It is devastating when it happens and could happen to you or I, our brothers or sisters, children or parents. It does not discriminate on the basis of geography, race or religion. There are many reasons for homelessness but one of the main causes is poverty and when stricken by poverty you have very few choices in life. De Paul House assists those families and helps them to regain their strength, set goals and move on and lead independent lives.
You can make a difference.
Your support gives De Paul House the ability to provide support to families, to help them overcome their difficulties and more on to become independent and self sufficient.
There are many ways you can help: a gift of cash, stock or real estate, naming De Paul House in your will, or as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy. Whatever way you decide to help, please be assured that your donation is helping families here on the North Shore.
